Hey guys!
Many of you have asked to be included in the pattern testing discord server that I have. In the past, I have not made the server open to join as I didn’t want to be trolled! However, the server is now set up so that newcomers can not post pics, links, or files to the server until they gain my trust. This means that until they have tested at least one pattern, and been respectful during the process, newcomers will only be able to chat. I will also have people moderating the chat rooms for any disrespectful behavior. If you do see behavior that is questionable please message a moderator (Barista, Expresso) role immediately so that we can delete the message if needed. I want this discord to be a safe and peaceful environment that is the most conducive to a creative community!
This does mean there are some rules.
- Do not disrespect others! This is non-negotiable, if you are rude, disrespectful, or malicious towards others you will be removed from the server.
- No NSFW content! There is plenty of other sources for you to get your kicks on 🙂
- Avoid discussing religion and politics here. Our community comes from many different political and theological ideologies. We have much in common through crochet, let’s discuss topics that bring us together instead of apart!
- Absolutely no plagiarism!!! Do not post my patterns or anyone else patterns without their permission!
While the list may seem short, this is based on the hope that all members will act with common courtesy and general respect. <3
