Dapper Costume

Use Black yarn

Round 4.) *2 sc, 1 scinc* repeat * 5 more times, join, Ch 1. (24 stitches)

Round 5.) 24 sc BLO, no join. (24 stitches)

Round 6.) *2 sc, 1 sctog* repeat * 5 more times. (18 stitches)

Round 7.) 18 sc. (18 stitches)

Switch to Grape, do not cut black.

Round 8-9.) 18 sc. (18 stitches)

Switch back to Black, cut Grape.

Bow Tie

Using Grape yarn

Row 1.) Ch 6, sc into 2nd chain from hook, 4 sc, Ch 1, turn. (5 stitches)

Row 2.) 5 sc, fasten off leaving long tail. ( 5 stitches)

Wrap the tail around the middle of the piece to form a bow. Weave in end to secure.

Pumpkin Costume

Using Orange yarn

Overalls

Using Country Blue

Row 1.)  Ch 28, join to first ch(do not twist), Ch 1, 28 sc, join. Fasten off and weave in ends. (28 stitches)

Row 2.)  Attach yarn 12 stitches to the left of the seam from row 1, Ch 2, 4 HDC, Ch 12, attach chain 9 st to the left of the last hdc.

Attach yarn to first HDC, CH 12, attach yarn 9 st to the right of 1st HDC.

Weave in ends and cut small asymmetric squares of red felt, and glue to overalls.

Cut and glue strands of Sunshine Yellow to the inside of the hat at varying lengths to give the appearance of straw.  Add a few asymmetric squares to the hat to give the appearance of patches.

Using Silver yarn

Row 6.) 1 sctog, Ch 1, Fasten off and weave in ends. ( 1 stitch)

Handle

Take a brown pipe cleaner and cut to about 4 inches long. Fold the pipe cleaner in half and twist 2x at the halfway point. Take the ends and separate them, bend each end in half.  So that the ends meet in the center. Tie and secure the sword to the handle.

House Scarf

Create a basic crochet cord alternating house colors every inch for 9 inches. ( 5 red, 4 gold)

How to do a basic Crochet Cord

Alternatively, you can also make the scarf by doing Ch2, 1 sc, * Ch 1, turn, 1 sc* and repeat * alternating colors every inch. 

Glasses

Using black crochet thread and 1.3 mm

Ch 19, sl st into 1st ch, Ch 19, sl st into 2nd ch, fasten off and sew in ends.

Using the 1 ch between the 2 circles, count 5 chains to the right, attach crochet thread again, Ch 60, attach chain to the 5th chain to the left of the chain between the 2 circles. Fasten off and weave in all ends.

Broom Stick

With tan yarn, create a small tassel looping  the rest of the pipe cleaner through it. Twist together and bend ends to form a broom handle.
